We are committed to ensuring every customer's satisfaction with our products. We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy (calculated from the date of purchase) for a worry-free shopping experience.
This policy applies only to items purchased from our official website. Special items such as demo models, items marked due to their product nature, or recertified items are not eligible for this policy.
How to Apply for a Return
Please contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Keep your original receipt or proof of purchase to confirm your eligibility for a return.
The Return Authorization Number has an expiration date. Please ensure the item is returned within this period; otherwise, your refund request may be rejected.
Provide a tracking number to confirm the item has arrived at our warehouse to complete the return process.
Return Requirements
Items must be in resalable condition, including:
- Original packaging;
- Included accessories, instructions, and gifts.
If returned items do not meet the above conditions, we may charge a replacement fee of up to 25%.
If the returned item is defective or damaged, please provide photos or videos to expedite the full refund process.
Pitikid is not responsible for damage incurred during the return shipping process. Please ensure the product is properly packaged for protection.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is confirmed to be in good condition.
For product or part replacement requests, processing time depends on stock availability; equivalent alternatives may be offered.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, and any shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please try to return the item in its original packaging; if this is not possible, please use secure packaging to protect the product from damage during shipping.
Pitikid reserves the right to refuse acceptance or charge additional packaging fees for improperly packaged returned items.

To apply for warranty, repair, or exchange, please contact Pitikid customer service to submit an application.
The product can only be returned after the application is approved. Once the authorized product is returned, our after-sales team will inspect and evaluate it. If it meets the warranty or replacement requirements, we will arrange processing.
