Pitikid offers free global standard shipping, allowing you to order and receive your goods with ease. All orders are automatically calculated for free shipping at checkout (excluding some remote or special areas; additional shipping fees will be notified separately).



Order Processing and Delivery Time

Order Processing Time: Processing and shipping are typically completed within 2-3 business days (business days).

Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually arrives within 7-14 business days (may be extended depending on region, holidays, customs, etc.).

Once your order is processed, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use the tracking number to check the logistics status at any time on the courier company's website.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 10 business days after receiving your payment confirmation email, or if your goods have not been delivered for an extended period, please contact our customer service team immediately.



Package Damage and Claims

Inspection Upon Receipt: Upon receiving your package, please be sure to check for any external damage. If any damage is found, please mark it "Package Damaged".

Notify Customer Service: After signing for the package, please notify us as soon as possible via email or customer service channels, providing photos or videos for claim processing.

Retain Packaging: Please retain the original packaging and packaging materials; otherwise, your claim may not be processed.

Pitikid will assist you with your shipping damage claim with the courier company and provide replacement parts or products. Pitikid is not directly liable for losses, delays, theft, or damage incurred during shipping, but will assist customers in resolving the issue.



Shipping Information and Confirmation

After your order is completed, the system will display available shipping options. Please confirm your final order information (including shipping costs and delivery methods) before submitting. Your order is then complete. If you have any questions about the shipping method, shipping costs, or your order, please contact our official customer service during business days.

Global free shipping applies only to standard shipping services. Additional charges may apply to special regions, which will be clearly stated when you place your order.
