Warranty
We offer a one-year limited warranty on all products officially sold by Pitikid. This warranty applies to products purchased through the Pitikid official website or authorized resellers. Please keep your proof of purchase and order number for verification of warranty rights.
Warranty Period
All products are covered by a one-year limited warranty, calculated from the original purchase date.
The warranty is valid for the first purchaser and is non-transferable. For returns or exchanges requested within 30 days of purchase, please refer to our return and exchange policy.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers only functional defects caused by non-human factors, including but not limited to:
- Manufacturing/workmanship defects (loose stitches, unstable construction, non-human-caused structural loosening);
- Internal component malfunctions (massage head not turning, abnormal noise or malfunction of the internal motor);
- Circuit and control problems (button malfunction, device not starting, abnormal charging (without water ingress or overpressure)).
If the problem is confirmed to be covered under warranty, we will provide the following:
- Free repair;
- Free replacement with the same model;
- If the same model is discontinued, an equivalent replacement model will be provided.
The following situations are not covered under warranty
The warranty does not cover damage caused by usage or external factors, including but not limited to:
- High-frequency wear and tear due to commercial use (e.g., spas, spas, shared facilities);
- Drops, impacts, crushing, violent disassembly, pet chewing;
- Water damage, exposure to high humidity/temperature environments, contact with chemicals;
- Use of non-original chargers or power supplies that do not meet voltage requirements;
- Self-disassembly, modification, repair, or replacement of internal parts;
- Normal wear and tear and signs of use clearly indicated in the product manual.
In short: Damage due to "product defects" - covered under warranty; Damage due to "usage issues" - not covered under warranty.
How to apply for warranty service
Please submit the following steps within the warranty period:
a. Contact customer service (via email)
b. Provide the following information to assist in confirmation:
- Order number / proof of purchase;
- Photos or short videos of the product problem;
- A brief description of the scenario and circumstances of the problem.
c. Upon confirmation, we will:
- Instruct you to return the product in its original packaging or a safe alternative packaging;
- Arrange repair/replacement after testing.
Regarding Wholesale/Unauthorized Channels
If you purchase from an unauthorized third-party platform or wholesaler, please be aware that:
- We cannot verify the product's origin, quality, and safety;
- We do not provide warranty service for products from unauthorized channels;
- Therefore, we are not liable for any service disputes or losses arising from such purchases.
Please prioritize purchasing from official websites and certified channels.
